ACCESSIBLE fACILITIES
Accessible parking
Adelaide Convention Centre has two undercover car parks – the Riverbank Car Park and North Terrace Car Park. Both car parks offer accessible parking spaces located near lifts and lift access to Adelaide Convention Centre. For more information, visit our Car Parking page.
Mobility access
Adelaide Convention Centre is a mobility friendly and wheelchair accessible venue. All levels in our building are accessible via lifts and escalators. Stage ramping, portable wheelchair lifts and wheelchair hire can also be arranged.
Private Rooms
Purpose-built rooms for mothers and caregivers are available for feeding, changing and privacy during events at Adelaide Convention Centre. These rooms are recognised by the Australian Breastfeeding Association.
Private prayer rooms and quiet rooms are also available upon request. 
Toilets
All Gender Toilets and Accessible Toilets are available throughout the venue.
ACCESSIBLE SERVICES
Assistance animals
Assistance animals are welcome at Adelaide Convention Centre, at the owner’s responsibility.
Audio assistance
An audible PA system is installed throughout the Centre, and hearing augmentation systems are also available upon request.
Braille signage
Adelaide Convention Centre is fitted out with braille signage to guide guests who are visually impaired around the venue. Additional braille signage can be arranged in the event space.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
Adelaide Convention Centre proudly supports the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program, which helps our team members to recognise and assist guests with hidden disabilities. All our team members are trained to recognise the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower symbol and understand the needs of individuals with hidden disabilities, equipping them to offer appropriate support, understanding, and adjustments when needed.
Meeting pods
Meeting pods are available throughout the Centre to provide private spaces for those seeking a quiet working space or a reduced sensory experience. A dedicated accessible meeting pod with automatic doors and wheelchair access is also available.
Wheelchair hire
A limited number of wheelchairs are available for day hire at Adelaide Convention Centre. This service is complimentary for guests attending an event. To arrange wheelchair hire, contact our team.

Other Amenities
Card only payments 
Adelaide Convention Centre accepts payment via card only for all onsite charges, including car parking, food and beverages. All cards accepted, no surcharges.
Charging stations 
Find plenty of conveniently located charging stations for laptops and mobile phones around the venue. 
Coat check & storage 
For added convenience, you have complimentary access to a coat check and luggage storage, available at the main reception. 
First aid
Adelaide Convention Centre has trained and qualified first aid staff readily available and is fitted out with onsite First Aid facilities. First aid kits, defibrillators and wheelchairs are also available. First aid rooms are located throughout the venue and are available for use 24/7. If you require access to a first aid room, please see a Floor Ambassador onsite. 
Water stations
Free filtered water stations are located throughout Adelaide Convention Centre, so you can refill your water bottle. Compostable cups are also available at the water stations for your convenience.
