The Adelaide Convention Centre will host a special event for the Tasting Australia festival in May, with seven of South Australia’s well-known chefs teaming up with seven of the State’s award-winning winemakers for the Single Sites Dinner.

Hosted by Tasting Australia creative director Paul Henry, the Single Sites Dinner sees a unique degustation menu paired with single vineyard wines.

Each one-off dish showcasing South Australian flavours created by the seven chefs will be especially designed the complement the flavour profiles of the matching wines. Chefs have collaborated to ensure each dish takes diners on a journey, flowing from one to the next. Winemakers will introduce and pour their wines, telling stories of their origins and terroir.

The evening will be one of storytelling, good friends, creative food and outstanding wine. This rare opportunity will be an unforgettable experience for food and wine lovers alike.

We are excited to be hosting this special event in the Adelaide Convention Centre’s Panorama Ballroom, allowing guests to experience these true South Australian flavours while taking in the views of the Riverbank.

We’re passionate about South Australian food and wine at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Our Soils and Seasons menu philosophy is all about exploring the stories of South Australian food and sharing them with our guests. We look forward to welcoming like-minded foodies to this Tasting Australia highlight – it’s right up our alley.

Tasting Australia, held from 1 – 8 May, is Adelaide’s premier food and wine event – a festival bringing together chefs, cooks, winemakers, connoisseurs, foodies and wine lovers.
