The Adelaide Convention Centre has put a spotlight on new flavours with the launch of its all-new seasonal menu.

Continuing the Centre’s ever-evolving food philosophy, the new menu comprises creative dishes with an emphasis on fresh, South Australian grown or produced ingredients sourced from sustainable, balanced environments. Among local delicacies featured are Coffin Bay oysters, Spencer Gulf prawns, Port Lincoln kingfish, Barossa Valley prosciutto and Murraylands lamb and beef, just to name a few.

In addition to the seasonal menu, the Centre continues to offer its Vitality Menu, carefully crafted to nourish, nurture and engage. Developed in consultation with a leading nutritionist, the Vitality Menu features foods that are low GI to provide longer lasting energy to fuel the brain and help improve concentration.
