  • The Adelaide Convention Centre is widely recognised for the quality and delivery of its food and beverage product. Our internationally trained and experienced chefs work with menus that feature the freshest of local and regional produce, creating a modern Australian cuisine that also incorporates the flavours of the east.

    The wine list reflects the rich wine heritage of South Australia, with selections from the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Coonawarra and the Adelaide Hills. Other Australian and imported wines are available on request.

    Our flexible banquet seating capacity of between 10 and 4,500 people is matched by our flexible approach to food and beverage.


  • Whether it is a breakfast on the run for 30 people, or a sumptuous banquet for 4500, a formal lunch, wind-down drinks and nibbles after a strategic planning workshop or a glamorous cocktail party - we take pride in our ability to deliver an event that caters for all tastes and budgets.

    Our 2012 and 2013 menus have been created with passion and flair by our internationally trained chefs. They showcase the freshest and finest produce available.
