Our Honest Goodness menu philosophy transformed the convention centre culinary experience with its emphasis on minimal intervention foods, conscious reduction of processed elements and strong focus on ‘house-made’.

Now, with COVID-19 restrictions in place, our talented chefs have adapted some of their favourite recipes to bring a little Honest Goodness cooking to your home. All recipes feature pantry staples and provide opportunity to get the whole family involved.
