My visit to the City
More than 800 artworks created by students at Adelaide primary schools will go on display in a special exhibition at Adelaide Convention Centre from December 7.
Forty-six South Australian primary schools will be represented in the My Visit to the City exhibition. The artworks were all entries in a competition run by the Centre.
The competition, open to Year 3 – 7 students, was launched to celebrate children’s creativity through art and design, and to create colourful feature walls on the hoardings surrounding the Centre during its $350 million expansion.
While the hoardings are being created all the artwork entered into the competition will be exhibited at the Adelaide Convention Centre (Foyer H) from December 7th through to January 19th, 2012.
