Visitor Welfare

At the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC), we take the welfare of our guests and employees very seriously, and are committed to providing a safe, secure and enjoyable environment at all times.

Our dedicated in-house security team maintain a 24-hour presence with a robust security overlay in place which includes CCTV, alarm monitoring and access control. We also maintain a close relationship with the South Australian Police.

In the interest of visitor welfare, admission to the Centre is subject to the following general conditions of entry. Please note, the ACC may replace or vary these conditions of entry at any time and without notice.

  • The Adelaide Convention Centre reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons who are disorderly, or display unlawful or offensive behaviour. Any person who causes a disturbance may be removed from the Centre.
  • For security reasons, bags and other items brought onto the property may be subject to inspection and patrons may be searched. Failure to cooperate may lead to denied entry.
  • As part of our dedicated security measures, 24-hour CCTV surveillance operates around and within the Centre, and guests may be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded.
  • Unless authorised by the ACC, guests must not enter any part of the Centre that is restricted from public access.
