Our internationally trained and experienced chefs work with menus that feature the freshest of local and regional produce, creating a modern Australian cuisine that also incorporates the flavours of the east.
The wine list reflects the rich wine heritage of South Australia, with selections from the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Coonawarra and the Adelaide Hills. Other Australian and imported wines are available on request.
Our flexible banquet seating capacity of between 10 and 4,500 people is matched by our flexible approach to food and beverage. We can accommodate virtually any preference, and menu choices are tailored to suit the individual needs of clients. Special diets (cholesterol free, vegan, diabetic, coeliac, etc) and ethnic cuisines (kosher, halal, Indian, Malay and Chinese) are well catered for, provided there is sufficient notice prior to the commencement of a function.
The Adelaide Convention Centre retains the right to provide all catering on its premises and no food or beverage may be brought onto the premises without prior approval and payment of relevant service and corkage charges.
Room hire charges do not generally apply to rooms where catering is to be provided. However, there are some exceptions for small breakfasts and cocktail receptions.
